every dual layer I try to burn with my benq dw1625 with firmware bbia gives me the error at the bottom of topic. What can I Do? Im using verbatim dl's. Tried to reflash firmware but same problem ? Im running xp pro sp2 benq dw1625 with bbia firmware. Every media i try to burn, all name brand (jvc, memorex, verbatim ect) only burns 4x but the specs says its a 16x dvd-r writer. Im using nero 7.1 . what is wrong? Frisco1

Im having trouble with my hp 640c. Im trying to crossflash to a benq1625 but cant seem to find windwflash.exe anywhere. Been googling for hours all links broke. Anyone know where i can find that and .ctv flashes for benq's? Frisco

Im trying to put my hp 640c into dvd-rom mode with imgburn (newest ver). I updated to newest firmware but imgburn dosent have hp in the list of writers to change booktype? Frisco1
