I did look on the official Lite-On website for the firmware update and couldn't find anything, but I'm glad you were able to locate a firmware update. I updated that and I'll see how I make out. I sure hope I didn't buy a crappy drive...I just bought it from newegg.com, and it received high ratings. Maybe I'll buy some new media and experiment. Thanks again for you help, I really appreciate it. Edit: Low and behold, the firmware update allowed me to erase, reformat, and burn to the Verbatim DataLifePlus DVD+RWs! Thanks a million! You better believe I'm going to donate!

Hi All, I am having issues burning DVD+RW Verbatim DataLifePlus media on my Lite-On DVD+-RW LH20A1L. I was able to burn a DVD+RW the other day (with some issues), but whenever I try to burn a DVD+RW now, I receive the following errors: I 22:36:25 ImgBurn Version 2.3.2.0 started! I know this drive is definitely capable of burning to most DVD formats. Also, I checked for a firmware update, but there is none currently available. If anyone could give me any suggestions or point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it.
