  3. The one on my computer upstairs is just an old junker that i use for the hard drive lol. This one i have decided needs a replacement. I dont have alot of money however and i just basically looked for the cheapest one that sounded like it will work, since anything would beat my current one (from about 2002/3 i think). I looked at some online stores and this one seems to be the best i could find for the price. Tell me what you guys think, and more importantly if it will work. 4. Thank you for your replies. So i need to replace my CD Drive with one compatible with DVD-R? Or i need to switch my Dvd's to DVD+RW's? I have another computer upstairs that has a HP DVD Writer 300n, do you guys know if that one might work? Sorry for the questions but im a noob when it comes to CD Drives.
  5. Hey, im trying to burn a ISO to a DVD and im having some trouble doing so. Basically the Write button just doesnt become clickable after i insert a disk. Im guessing this is because there is no "medium" present. I have searched the forum and looked for anything like my problem and i came across a few similar to mine, although im pretty sure that my dive is capable of writing DVDs. Can anyone help me out here please? EDIT: Btw im using an MTV DVD-R 4.7Gb 16x.
