i cant figure it out, ive been trying for ages, im about to give up! thats why im on this website. yes i am using a USB drive, what else is the problem?

after i have burnt the image to disc, it fails when Finalizing bescause it says it has "no seek". what does this mean? how can i sort it? many thanks
