no, it's from a torrent I downloaded. It just says it is in the .bin format. So, how might I convert it to DVD video format? Can I do that with imgburn?

Supposing I have a movie film in the VLC .bin format, and I want to make a DVD so that I can watch it on my DVD player, is this possible with just imgburn alone? and if so, how might i do it? If not does anyone know how? Regards.
