Wow thanks for all the help, it finally worked! Gonna install linux on my new partition now.

I have tried Memorex Dvd+Rs and Verbatim CD-Rs but they dont work. Also Windows Update cannot find new drivers for my DVD burner and my search on Google turned up nothing for this burner. I also tried Memorex CD-Rs as well but they came up with the same error.

Whenever I try and burn a Fedora Linux ISO to a DVD+R or a CD-R using my DVD burner, I get this error: I get it instantly with the DVDs but it takes about 20 minutes to appear for the CDs. The CDs stay at "writing leadin" with 0kb/s for the whole 20 minutes. Sorry I dont have a log, it takes a long time to replicate.
