i do have a disc in the drive and its the same exact disc that i used the previous 6 times. It is a maxell DVD-R, 4.7 gb 16x is there someplace i can go to see what types of discs my burner supports? I also downloaded all the drivers off of the dell website.

I have used this program and it has worked 6 times. On the 7th time i get the "Medium Not Present" error.
