No I tried test mode and not test mode - with test mode it works fine & doesn#t crash afterwards - CD remains totally blank. When not in test mode, it crashes after telling me burn is sucessful but then whenever any program tries to acces the CD the computer pauses for a second, and eventually gives a read error of some sort. Also after a test write other computers detect it as a blank CD, after a non-test write other computers complain with read errors and can't open the CD.

Updated the firmware, now I dont' get any errors during the write process, it says burning successful, but when I try to read the disc, it fails to read it "Windows cannot read this format..." Nero gives me the error "Cannot mount the written CD". Imgburn just locks up.

The second link also doesn't work - when you click download it just disappears and takes you back to the homepage. I emailed Artec's support but have not receive a response from them. Any other ideas?
