Where can I find the log file and how do I post that file

Hello. While I was burning a double layer DVD+R DL (Verbatim 2,4x) a got an I/O Error as shown below: I/O Error! Whatever I choose, the burning process did go on. After I while I got a message that the burning process had been succesfully. I checked the DVD and in my opinion the disc is OK. Because of the Error Message I am not sure the disc is OK. Can anybody explain the Error Message I got. Maybe someone can give me instructions so that I won't get this message again.
