Once I get to write the bottom banner says "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present - Tray Closed)" I have a blank DVD RW inside the tray.

Hi, Im a first time user. I finished the build part, but I am stuck at the Write part because it says Medium Not Present when there is already a blank dvd inside.
