motoangell
Hi everyone, I just bought this new dvd burner (ASUS DRW-22B1ST 1.00) and it seems there is no way for IMGburn to set the booktype for dvd+r dl discs to dvd-rom for xbox 360 backups. The Auto booktype setting won't work on this drive right? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!
mmalves
Most burners automatically booktype DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM by themselves. Do you have a log of a burn + verify on that burner? According to this it seems to be a Lite-On OEM so try the Lite-On tab of the Book Type dialog
motoangell
When trying to change booktype it via the lite-on tab in comes up with "FAIlED: No additional sense information." I also tried the other tabs with all of them giving back different error messages. Here is the log when set to auto booktype: I 11:42:29 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started! motoangell
Yup it definitely seems like bad media. I have been using memorex before picking up these crappy riteks that i believed would work just fine from some reviews. oh well
