motoangell Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Hi everyone, I just bought this new dvd burner (ASUS DRW-22B1ST 1.00) and it seems there is no way for IMGburn to set the booktype for dvd+r dl discs to dvd-rom for xbox 360 backups. The Auto booktype setting won't work on this drive right? Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!
mmalves Posted April 18, 2009 Posted April 18, 2009 Most burners automatically booktype DVD+R DL to DVD-ROM by themselves. Do you have a log of a burn + verify on that burner? According to this it seems to be a Lite-On OEM so try the Lite-On tab of the Book Type dialog
motoangell Posted April 18, 2009 Author Posted April 18, 2009 When trying to change booktype it via the lite-on tab in comes up with "FAIlED: No additional sense information." I also tried the other tabs with all of them giving back different error messages. Here is the log when set to auto booktype: I 11:42:29 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started!
