REAL Chicken (SWE) Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 (edited) I have a small problem when making image-files, the .img file does not end up in the folder that I want it to. I have changed the setting "Tools/Settings/File Location/Image Files" to where I want it (the desktop) but it always writes the file to one of my external harddrives instead as default action. I can always change the file location manually every time I burn, so imgburner has no real problem writing to my desktop, it just won't remember this option? I use imgburner 2.4.4.0 with Win XP Pro SPIII Best regards REAL Chicken Edited April 22, 2009 by REAL Chicken (SWE)
cornholio7 Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 try tools-> read-> custom and browse for location if using read mode if using the way you describe above, have you a tick in the box to the right of the folder icon?
REAL Chicken (SWE) Posted April 22, 2009 Author Posted April 22, 2009 Yes the little box is ticked. But that doesn't matter because your suggestion to change the setting to Custom location worked like a charm. Thank you. REAL Chicken (SWE)
