Novice needs help.

My computer has two slots to insert diskettes. I would like to move information from my hard drive to a diskette but keep getting the notice to insert a disk into the slot. Can you guide me in the process? Appreciate it greatly. Geepaw

Have you considered doing what it asks? Are these floppy disk drives? If so, do you have any floppy disks?
