Yet another "Operation Failed!"

Ok im gonna make things short;

 

- I'm using a laptop

- Imgburn version 2.4.4.0

- Using a CD-R CD

- Burnt using default settings

- At 99% my drive ejects on it's own with a quote something like this "All attempts to automatically close the drive tray have failed! Note: This is to be expected on laptop style slime drive. Please close it manually and click

It looks like the drive can't initialise the disc - so basically, it produced a duff burn.

Try manually verifying that disc to see if it works. If you can do this with another drive/computer it's even better.
