i can not burn dual layer dvd with IMGBURN

hello!I tryed to burn a dvd file on a dual layer memorex 8x dvd .and i got this result : set LO data zone capacity failed--reason :write protected and when I hit continue i get this .i am using a hp notebook with slimtype dvd A DS8A1H WH66 (E:)(ATA). what i have to do?it is the firmewere the problem or the blank? .i know people who burns on all type of dvd-dl blank.i I've search ader firmwere for this burner but nothing.i dont know to much of computers. please hellp me !
