burning cue files

Ok... so I'm new to all this stuff but learning fast.

 

ImgBurn doesn't seem to have the facility to burn cue files...or does it?

 

If not could this feature be added? Also shell integration would be kewl !

Basic (no mp3 burning) cue file support is a definite possiblity.

 

As it stands, if the bin / cue is just a single track / session (i.e. no audio tracks after the data - and not an audio cd!), you can just burn the bin file.

I know it took Nero forever to add this. Initially when they did there were OH SO MANY PROBLEMS. Back in the DVD2SVCD FAQ at some time it was recommened not to burn .cue files with Nero. Now it's hunky dory though. It would be a nice feature for those into SVCDs and VCDs.

Hi. New to the forum. This is what I was interested in also. A VCD .bin image made with VCDEasy and burned with ImgBurn won't load in my DVD stand-alone whereas if I burn loading the cue file in Nero or BurnAtOnce it will work. I'd like to see bin/cue support mainly so I can eliminate any dependency on Nero Burning Rom(since it can break easily) and have freewares to burn everything with XP. So I guess this isn't so much a question as long-winded encouragement to add bin/cue support.

Nope , there are many BOOTABLE discs that are also SINGLE TRACK , I just burned Ghost 9 with Imgburn and it boots fine..
