momof4 Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Hi, I'm stuck trying to burn the image of the repair disc. I downloaded the file (32 bit) from http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/downlo...recovery-disc/ to my desktop. I then opened imgburn but when I browse to select the file to burn it to a disc the file does not show up. I unblocked the file using properties. I tried to drag and drop the file into the img burner screen but then i get an error "invalid or unsupported image file format". What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

spinningwheel Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 Try read mode to convert it to an iso file...and that you can burn.
Cynthia Posted May 4, 2009 Posted May 4, 2009 I downloaded it and no problems to burn that 'Vista_Recovery_Disc.iso' image.
