file not listed/invalid or unsupported file format

Hi, I'm stuck trying to burn the image of the repair disc. I downloaded the file (32 bit) from http://neosmart.net/blog/2008/downlo...recovery-disc/ to my desktop. I then opened imgburn but when I browse to select the file to burn it to a disc the file does not show up. I unblocked the file using properties. I tried to drag and drop the file into the img burner screen but then i get an error "invalid or unsupported image file format". What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. :(

Read that blog post again and, this time, pay attention to what it says

Try read mode to convert it to an iso file...and that you can burn.

I downloaded it and no problems to burn that 'Vista_Recovery_Disc.iso' image.
