Everything seemed to be going according to plan until the disc ejects and I get this error msg The following is the ImgBurn Log) I 11:21:54 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started! mmalves Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 I 11:24:05 Destination Device: [0:0:0] LITE-ON DVDRW SHM-165H6S HS0D (E:) (ATA)I 11:24:05 Destination Media Type: DVD+R (Disc ID: CMC MAG-M01-00) (Speeds: 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x) Crappy media. Use Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks and it'll work fine. Also there's a firmware update for your burner.

mmalves Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Try burning at 6x or 8x, but RITEKF1 media is almost as crap as CMC MAG you tried before. You might also want to try a lens cleaning disc on that drive. And, as I said before, Verbatim and Taiyo Yuden blanks are the best.
