Keeping layer-break while building BD25 ?

I have noticed that when creating an iso BD25 out of files i have processed with BD-RB the resulting ISO 's .DVD file has the layer-break still in even though its a single layer BD25 image, is this correct?

 

Will it cause a problem while burning a single layer BD-R with a layer-break in the .DVD file ? is it best to remove it ?
