I have used ImgBurn for a couple of years, and have had no problems. I just replaced my harddrive, and now I get this error when I try to burn a DVD.

Any ideas?

Try burning at 4x and, if that doesn't work, try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks. You might also want to try a lens cleaning disc on that burner.

Is that a Dell laptop? If so, you might want to update the firmware to the latest version (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished).
