im tryin to burn something with verbatim disks and got an error heres the log and everything

This disc was damaged in a previous failed burn and now it's useless

 

Try a lens cleaning disc on your burner. Where are your Verbatim blanks made? It's written on the box/packaging/spindle.

The burner's lens could be dirty, which makes burning dual-layer media unstable, so that's why you should try a lens cleaner disc on that drive.
