My I/O Error!

Greetings ImgBurn Community. I just spent about 15 minutes searching through your support section to see if this exact same error came up. Sadly I cannot seem to find one. I'm posting this incase my problem is actually different from the ones I saw. If it isn't then sorry for making a new thread about it.

ImgBurn is on a fresh install to my OS. No settings are tweaked. I'm trying to make backups of some of my console games due to children potentially ruining my originals. This error occurs just about immediately after starting the process. I'm using Memorex DVD-R disks (I know, I'm cheap) at 1x burn speed.

Here's my log.

I 23:03:51 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started!

I 23:04:55 Destination Device: [0:1:0] SONY DVD RW DW-Q30A YYS3 (F:) (ATA)

I 23:04:55 Destination Media Type: DVD-R (Disc ID: CMC MAG. AM3) (Speeds: 6x, 8x, 12x, 16x)

I 23:04:56 Write Speed: 1x

Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try burning at 8x. If that doesn't work then try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks.
