I/O error

Hi, I've been trying to burn a couple DVDs and everytime I try I get the same I/O error. I'm kinda retarded when it comes to computers so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to fix it.

You're using lousy media. Change to Verbatims or Taiyo Yudens.

Update your firmware - you are 2 versions behind (D400 is the latest).
