Hi, I've been trying to burn a couple DVDs and everytime I try I get the same I/O error. I'm kinda retarded when it comes to computers so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or how to fix it. :unsure:

You're using lousy media. Change to Verbatims or Taiyo Yudens.

Update your firmware - you are 2 versions behind (D400 is the latest).
