Chrisda19 Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 I'm running Imgburn on Windows XP SP3, fully updated after a fresh install. I put in the DVD, it recognizes it etc. But as soon as I click Build, the program briefly shows the build screen for less than a second then instantly crashes. I can't even get a picture because it crashes so quick. Is there a way to fix this?
mmalves Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 Does it crash when you click the Calculate button? The output is set to Device or Image File?
Cynthia Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 Curious. Isn't there some type of Microsoft crash window that shows some info or is it just that the computer restarts after the crash?
LIGHTNING UK! Posted June 4, 2009 Posted June 4, 2009 Run it inside WinDbg, then you'll find what's actually causing the crash. It's very unlikely to be ImgBurn itself because it just doesn't error out like that.
