Imgburn Fails to read sectors HELP?

hey, i have just read a backup game i made and it worked fine, the fist attempt failed but then it worked now i have got another backup copy of a game i wish to read to my pc so i have a copy there, its an iso file but imgburn is failing, here is the log.. please help me

The disc is unreadable. Is it scratched?

 

Try reading it in another drive, that one there can't do it.
