Device: [0:1:0] TSST corp CDDVDW TS- H653Z 4403 (E:) (ATAPI) Unable to unlock volume for exclusive access. Reason: Access is denied. Hint: You've got another program running that's using the drive, close it and then click'Try Again'. I am running Windows Vista 64 bit on a Intel Core 2 Quad core. There are no programs open using the drive in question. I installed the program and I run it as administrator. Does any one know the solution to this error message? I tried the instructions in the FAQ you provided but I couldn't get Process Explorer started up. I then tried Unlocker and my system slowed down to a snails pace. I thought hey, I'm going to just restore my system to yesterday cuz I didn't like how it was acting. I disabled the sidebar and I have closed all programs but I still get the same results.
