Need help please. Using Verbatim 2.4 DVD+R DL

 

Layer Break (For DL Media)

User Specified 1913760

Change Book Type: Next Write DVD-ROM

 

Start to write image...this error occurs

 

 

Getting error when burning:

Thank you very much for your speedy reply.

 

I upgraded firmware, put the write speed at max and it is burning.

 

However, the Verbatim discs I got were 2.4x speed and img burn says it is burning at 4.0x will that be an issue?

Some more recent burners can burn 2.4x rated media at a higher speed - like the 4x. If it verified the disc without issues - it should be OK.

 

I guess you have it set to MAX write speed. If you want to burn at 2.4x - you need to select that speed in the drop down list/box.
