The file was downloaded in .rar format and unpacked successfully without error, so there is at least some evidence it is not grossly corrupted.

You can't burn whatever that is from just the img file, there should be other files too.

There were other files in the same directory, the Open window is from ImgBurn. Here is the folder Explored:

The CCD file is the one you should be burning, but ImgBurn doesn't support those at the moment.
