Alias50 Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 (I know that there are a ton of these already but none of them have been able to solve my problem) So I set booktype of my dvd+dl to dvd-rom, and then tried to burn the image. At first, I get a "Setting LO Data Zone Capacity Failed-Reason: Invalid Field in CDB, then when i click "ignore" or "continue" I get another L/O error message. Before anyone asks, I am going to try with better media within the next few days, but since around seven consecutive disks have had the same problem, I figure it might be something else. Here is the log: I 14:39:05 ImgBurn Version 2.4.4.0 started! I 14:39:05 Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition (5.1, Build 2600 : Service Pack 2) I 14:39:05 Total Physical Memory: 2,030,060 KB - Available: 1,145,076 KB W 14:39:05 Drive D:\ (FAT32) does not support single files > 4 GB in size. I 14:39:05 Initialising SPTI... I 14:39:05 Searching for SCSI / ATAPI devices... I 14:39:05 Found 1 DVD
mmalves Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 I 14:41:10 Destination Media Type: DVD+R DL (Disc ID: RITEK-S04-66) Your burner doesn't support those discs (notice that it doesn't show any available write speeds). Get Verbatim 2.4x blanks and it should work
