Burning DL discs fail

Yo guys. I recently tried to burn a DL disc with a specific layer break.

I use DVD+R DL discs, VERBATIM.

This is my error log:

Verbatim are the best but your drive seems to have issues with the MKM-003-00 (8x) ones.

 

Try burning a the other 'supported' write speeds.

 

Try cleaning your burner.

 

Try buying MKM-001-00 (2.4x) ones instead.

 

and finally, if all else fails, get yourself a new external burner. Laptop ones are rubbish in general and Matshita are the worst of the lot.

With a lens cleaning disc kit, but since yours is a BluRay burner you should use a kit recommended for BluRay drives
