Hi. I have been burning some dvds onto TDK DVD+R DL media. For the most part I have had great success with the media. Every once in awhile I get this message though "Set LO Data Zone Capacity Failed Reason: Power Calibration Area Error". Usually I can just take the blank disc out turn it around and put it back in the drive and it works. Today however, I tried that and it didn't help. So I then took out that disc put a new one in and still got the same message. Now I have no idea what is going on. So, I am hoping that someone on here can help me out. My drive is only a couple of months old (if that long) so I don't think it would be that. Here's my log....

Hi and welcome to the forum, MatthewC! :)

Tried a faster speed - like 8x? Might be that the support for that brand is weak at 4x.

Thanks everyone! I went back and tried burning again. This time I selected the "VIDEO_TS" folder instead of the root folder and it burned without a problem. I do have Verbatims coming to me so hopefully that will eliminate some of the problem as well. If I have any more problems I will try burning at 8x as Cynthia has suggested. Thanks again everyone :)
