I just purchased the software and updated today. Please review my log below and let me know what it is I am doing wrong. I've been working with this all day and can't figure it out. Thank you.

Not sure what you mean with that you purchased the software. ImgBurn is a freeware program.

 

If you purchased it for backing up protected games, you have been scammed, as ImgBurn can't deal with copy protections.

 

Try to get a refund.

Aside from the fact that ImgBurn doesn't remove/bypass any kind of copy protection, Wii games can't be read by normal drives.
