lol you still haven't found the log window have you.

 

Can you see the 'View' menu option at the top of ImgBurn's main window?

 

Click it.

 

Then one of the options on the menu is 'Log', click that and the Log window will appear.

 

The log window and the log file are NOT the same thing.

The log window normally just shows the info for the current session (i.e. since you opened ImgBurn).

 

That's all we needed, just a single session's worth of log data where it displayed an actual problem.

 

You're still on Vista (No Service Pack) rather than SP1 or SP2.

 

Click Start -> All Programs -> Windows Update.

 

Then click the 'Check for updates' link at the top of the panel / column on the left.

 

Once it's found them, install them all. If it errors out, tell us what it says.

I I see MS SP2 om my programs that means it's installed right???
