Hello everyone!

So, here's my problem;

I'm trying to burn a DVD video, and I got ImgBurn included when I downloaded DVD Flick. Now, my source file was .avi, and DVD Flick encoded this into the necessary files (.VOB, .BUP and .IFO) and after encoding was finished, automatically loaded up ImgBurn. This was my first time using either program, so I simply hit the 'Burn' button. Sure enough, ImgBurn went ahead and burned it to the empty disc in the drive. However, verification later shower an error of some sort, and only the first 76% of the video was accessible. I checked this later with my DVD player; the disc works fine up until the point where the error appeared at 76% or about one hour and 35 minutes into the film.

So, I spent all of yesterday and most of today trying to burn another copy using ImgBurn. The encoded files are all ready to go, in the Video_TS folder, and I've got a fresh new disc in the correct drive.

For some reason, I can't click the 'Burn' button anymore; it's greyed out.

I've 'Reset Settings' on the Options tab in Build mode, still to no effect.

I've tried to follow the guides given on this site as close as I can. I find the correct VIDEO_TS folder, select it, add labels, select drive, calculate (which tells me that the video can indeed fit on a disc) and all that business.

Upon inspection of the bottom left hand corner of the window, "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)" is shown. My disc is inserted into the correct drive, and I'm quite certain the disc is a DVD-R and that the drive is a DVD-R/RW drive.

Here's a screenshot of ImgBurn, at no point is Build > Folders/Files to Device available to click.
