Direct erase of RW discs

Presently, if one wishes to erase an RW disc it is necessary to"fake" a write operation and then gain access to the erase option via the Tools menu. It would be very convenient if access could be available via the GUI, or even via the Tools menu without having to fake a write operation.

If you are in Write mode.

 

Main Menu -> Tools -> Drive -> Erase Disc

The Tools -> Drive menu (the same as when you right-click a drive's name) changes according to the capabilities of the currently selected drive (yes there are people with more than 1 drive on their systems ), and that's why you need to choose a program mode before you can access the drive's functions. No need to "fake" anything though
