mmalves Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 I 20:16:48 Source Device: [2:0:0] Optiarc DVD RW AD-7200S 1.06 (E:) (ATA) Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished) and try again. If it still doesn't work, check the disc for dirt/scratches/etc. You might also want to try reading that disc with other drives.
long_2413 Posted July 13, 2009 Author Posted July 13, 2009 You might also want to try reading that disc with other drives. sorry actually i m not really get used to computers... wt other drives can i use to read the disc? anyway really thanks for your help!
mmalves Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Try with any other drive that can read DVDs. If it errors out at the same spot then your disc is damaged or uses copy protection, and ImgBurn doesn't copy protected discs If you don't mind saying, what's on that disc?

LIGHTNING UK! Posted July 13, 2009 Posted July 13, 2009 Copy + paste the disc info from the panel on the right when you're back on the main screen (in Read mode) please.
