Help with disc failing to verify

For the last 2 weeks I have been having problems getting imgburn to verify my disc's I am having this same problem with verbs so its not just the media. I have added the log of what the error says. If anyone can help please.

Then please post the log with Verbatim media failing to verify. Have you tried a lens cleaning disc on that drive? How about verifying the burn with the other drive you have?
