I'm getting a W Failed to Write Sectors 531520 - 531551 - Reason: No Seek Complete Error. I have updated teh DVD RW drive's firmware to 2.1B

Tried some faster speed like 8x?

Try a lens cleaning disc on that drive, and if that doesn't help then try with Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden blanks.
