i/o errors

ok new here i dont have my logs i dont how to get logs.

 

i have been getting the i/o errors on my laptop burner im using verbatim +r dl disc at 2.4 speeds. i get up to 51% and it stops.

 

what could be the problem thanks for any info

Look in the help menu within the program.

 

Failing that, just copy it from the log window.

 

If you've closed it down... 1. shame on you. 2. Open it up again via the 'View' menu.

If cleaning the drive doesn't work, get yourself a new external burner.

 

Internal laptop drives are never any good and Matshita ones seem to be the worst. If they can't even burn MKM-001-00 media (the best available), what use are they?!

 

Update ImgBurn (to 2.4.4.0) and Vista (to SP2) when you're bored.
