Problem with freezing movies

Recently when i have burned a movie, it starts freezing. It usually starts around the middle of the film. I tried to switch from TDK dvd+ to verbatim dvd+ but no improvement.

I suspect my burner but I would appreciate if you could take a look at the log.

Try burning at 8x or 12x. Also try a lens cleaning disc on that drive.
