WaterSilver Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 I'm trying to burn onto dual layer media using ImgBurn. I'm under the impression to choose a layer break, I have to hit the calculator than chose one of the breaks. Depending on which break I take, the calculations will freeze at different percents. Usually the break listed first will go to 97% than just stop, the next will be 94% then stop, and so on. Why isn't it working?
mmalves Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 The percentage shows how much of the disc's space is used. If you want to burn the disc then you should click the big Build button instead
WaterSilver Posted July 24, 2009 Author Posted July 24, 2009 Oh... So... It's GOOD if that bar doesn't go to 100%? Just leave it be and burn it?
WaterSilver Posted July 24, 2009 Author Posted July 24, 2009 While we are on the subject: the only breaks I seem to get are rated average. So if I only have those to choose from, does it not matter which one I take or is there something else I should use to decide.
mmalves Posted July 24, 2009 Posted July 24, 2009 Use the Preview button, young padawan, and choose a layerbreak where a small freeze will be less noticeable (fade-in/fade-out/scene change/etc)
