Hi guys,

I am trying to burn an iso file with image burn at 2x. It performs the first phase of burn and just before verify the disc is ejected with a message that its expected in slimline laptops and asks me to close the drive.

But after closing the drive it never recognises the disc and keeps giving me a MEDIUM NOT PRESENT message. :(

Using a Verbatim DVD-R disc.

Can someone help plz :)

Below is the log file

Thanks

ImgBurn shows what your drive is saying, so it's your drive that isn't recognizing the disc. Have you tried a lens cleaning disc on that drive?
