Problem burning bootable Win7 DVD

So I am following this guide but having a problem. My created disc has all files under the WIN7_INSTALL folder instead of on the root of the disc. How do I fix this? As far as I can tell I have done exactly what the guide says, but the resulting disc is useless.

 

 

EDIT: Noticed I did not get some of the same "errors" come up to ask me things. I just updated IMGburn and am trying the process again. I got the prompts. Will confirm if the new ISO is proper.

Yes, it was introduced in ver 2.5.0.0.

 

Added: Detection of attempts to build Vista style OS installation discs (via the 'sources\install.wim' file) and the relevant prompting for conflicting settings, failing to make it bootable etc (same as an 'I386' install disc).
