Cynthia
Hi and welcome to the forum, hugaby! You have any "old" log from a similar burn that you can post? It would gives us a little hint about your setup. Old logs: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs Even if you restart the computer you get this problem? Cynthia
If it has worked before with this brand of media (media code) and now suddenly doesn't - it might be that the burner is broken and needs to be replaced. You could try with another brand of media or clean the laser head with a lens cleaning disc.

Cynthia
The symptoms indicate that. A cleaning disc might help - burners like to attract dust.
hugaby
Did that too wtih a cleaning disc. Do you think my burner is gone?
Cynthia
The last option is to try with another brand of media - if that also fails - replace it.
