Cynthia Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 Hi and welcome to the forum, hugaby! You have any "old" log from a similar burn that you can post? It would gives us a little hint about your setup. Old logs: Main Menu -> Help -> ImgBurn Logs Even if you restart the computer you get this problem?

Cynthia Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 If it has worked before with this brand of media (media code) and now suddenly doesn't - it might be that the burner is broken and needs to be replaced. You could try with another brand of media or clean the laser head with a lens cleaning disc.
hugaby Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 I had to keep hitting enter to keep it going, it finished and said imcomplete
hugaby Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 I had to keep hitting enter to keep it going, it finished and said imcomplete;. It did not copy the info on the disc. Do you think thr DVD Burner is out?
Cynthia Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 The symptoms indicate that. A cleaning disc might help - burners like to attract dust.
hugaby Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 Did that too wtih a cleaning disc. Do you think my burner is gone?
Cynthia Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 The last option is to try with another brand of media - if that also fails - replace it.
