Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)

Hello,

 

I recently downloaded and installed IMGBURN onto my computer to burn xbox360 iso's on to Dual layer discs. I put my blank disc in the drive and the message "Device Not Ready (Medium Not Present) appears at the bottom of my window. The DVD drive that I am using is a dual layer disc burner.

 

What do I do?

Hi and welcome to the forum, back in 94!

 

Might be that your burner is also back in '94 and can't write DL media. Check if it can:

 

Enter Write mode.

 

Main Menu -> Tools -> Drive -> Capabilities
