Nforce SATA controller and write errors

Hey, guys, been reading around on here about nforce sata controller chipsets being bad for burning. Well, I've tried uninstalling my drivers but everytime I do, vista just reinstalls them upon rebooting. I'm pretty sure these drivers are whats causing my faulty burns, as I am using the preferred media. Anyone know some other drivers I can use or a place I can download the standard vista ones?
