ednb Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 (edited) Have used imgburn without problem. Suddenly it has statred to repeatedly fail midburn (see log below). I'm using DVDs from the same spindle (Verbatim dvd-r) and nothing on PC has changed since it burned 2 DVDs OK this morning. I'm baffled. Any help and advice much appreciated. Thanks in advance. mmalves Posted August 6, 2009 Share Posted August 6, 2009 I 16:02:26 Destination Device: [0:1:0] SONY DVD RW DW-Q30A YYS1 (E:) (ATA) Update your burner's firmware (remove any disc and close the tray before updating then reboot after it's finished). You might also want to try burning at 4x or 6x. If that still doesn't work, try a lens cleaning disc on that drive.
